I seemed to have fixed the problem. I was having issues with usage with my host company. I changed cache programs (went from W3 Total cache to Quick cache and I deleted my feedburner feed (was not using that). For some reason, this fixed the issue and my site runs better and the publicize feature works.

I still do not use the facebook publicize feature because of the gravatar issue. I use IFTTT for that. You can easily create recipes that post where ever you wish.

When I have a featured image, it works fine. If there is no image, it posts my gravatar to my FB page. Even when another administrator links to the facebook page through wordpress, it STILL posts my gravatar image.

I would prefer the default to be NO IMAGE if there is not one in the post.

Or, if it would pick up the open graph tag that I have which specifies a default image for facebook shares. This does work when I share to FB directly from the post.

Having an issue where link will show up in facebook with a featured image OK but if there is NO image, it will not pull the logo I have set to default using WP Facebook Open Graph protocol. It uses my facebook avatar instead (which is actually the same pic that comes up for wordpress so that may be what it’s grabbing as well). I have it set to publish to a page, not my own wall, so this looks weird.

This didn’t happen with the older version.

If I share the post directly to facebook, it picks up the correct image.

I am using InMotion VPS and they have informed me (however much this means) that there is no problem with server config.

I did get a message as a response to a support email that they have acknowledged it. Just not here.

OK, this is VERY hit or miss. Sometimes it work, sometimes it fails completely.

This is a serious issue that would cause me to NOT use this. What could be the cause?

I contacted my host company who looked into the server config. Not sure if they did anything but it appears to be working now.

Last night, a scheduled post ran on Tumblr and Facebook but not Twitter. This morning, a scheduled post ran on all three connected accounts.

I’ll keep watching.

I tried again. If it misses a schedule and I quick edit and update, it works. But if it posts via scheduled, without me forcing it, it does not work for any of the 3 places I linked it to. And yes, it works for all just fine through manual posts.

Not sure what could be the difference. I am running same WP version as you.

That does not work. My web host does a loop if I redirect. It SHOULD be fine. The webhost told me a redirect is not necessary.

And, the www mobile theme is working fine.

When I disabled and re-enabled the plugin, the www index page refreshed but does not refresh with new posts. All the links on the www go to the non-www URLs.

Definitely something in the plugin that is making it do this.
