From the Wordfence Dashboard click on Manage WAF. Then you will see Basic Firewall Options > Web Application Firewall Status. Change the option to Learning Mode.
Whenever I do this the license validation process completes without any issue. The problem relies on when I start configuring WP Rocket and change it back to Enabled and Protecting and I refresh the page, the issue pops back up again.
