The backup file created on the site from which you get the Super-Quick Migration URL seems to protect ZIP files, please in this case upload the backup manually.
You can do that via FTP, cPanel or our upload area below backup(s) list.

It would be great if you could provide us error message upon activation when you enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY in wp-config.php it will indicate file and line where the error happens.
For now there is nothing we can do to help you further or debug as our plugin support PHP 5.6 up to PHP 8.3.
It can be confirmed on service such as https://tastewp.com where you can select any WP version and PHP. It makes me think that the issue is caused by some kind of conflict with other plugin.

Your debug code, tells me that the backup was canceled by Apache Web Server.
It was most likely caused by KeepAliveTimeout and Timeout directives in Apache configuration.We have an alternate backup method, that can bypass this limitation.
Simply, follow the below steps, there are also other things you can improve.Please follow these steps:
- Go to the “Other options” section
- Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
- Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
- Save the “Other options” section
- Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
When you do that, try to run your backup once again.

My apologies for delayed reply.
Even if our plugin does not display all categories, it should work for both categories in filters.
Not sure what’s your exact use case, but if you need two widgets, you can simply filter throughout particular categories.

In reply to: [Redirection] AwfulBased on the description of your issue it sounds like your browser cached the plugin activation URL which redirects you from plugins.php to our plugin settings.
This is not expected behavior of the browser which means something may modify your website logic such as managed WordPress solution, broken object-cache configuration or some browser extension.
The simplest solution for you would be to try with incognito mode without any browser extensions, alternatively you can use clean profile different browser such as Edge <-> Chrome <-> Safari.
Let me know if that resolves your issue, in the past only one person reported similar issue but it was resolved by cache clear, we would like to identify this issue which would allow us to fix it within the plugin permanently.

Please check if your new website database support the same character set as your previous website database, you can check that in phpMyAdmin (you can install it with a plugin). Simply select xx_posts table and in table details check if same character set encoding applies. I believe some older hosting providers may not support utf8mb4 and in this case it will make table with fallback character set.

Above website will show you without any cache what’s the route of the redirection and allow you and us to debug it further, it would be nice if you could provide example of the URL where the issue is reproducible, with redirections there is always chance that it’s cached on browser side.
