    Hi @greatwater2024

It is visible only for site admins and users with access to the Duplicate Post plugin. As the pop-up is prepared only for the duplication functionality.

It does not affect SEO in any point as it’s not visible to Google Bots or any other as these are not logged in to your website with administrator privileges.

You can verify that on your own by visiting your website with use of incognito mode or log out.

Let me know if that clarifies your fears ??
    Thank you!

    Hi @3xploiton3

    Explanation:

This warning is caused by a WordPress function (maybe_unserialize) that handles unserializing data. The warning appears when the data being processed isn’t a valid serialized string, which happens occasionally.

In most cases, this warning is related to the analyst_accounts_data option in the wp_options table. When this data becomes invalid, it triggers the error, but it’s nothing to worry about – it doesn’t affect the site’s functionality.

    Solution:

To resolve the issue, you can use this tool: Opt-in Fix Tool. This will remove the problematic option, allowing it to regenerate properly if needed. Just install it, activate and it will self-deactivate after this, once it’s done, you can remove the plugin.

The error you see is usually logged by the Query Monitor plugin and should not impact the performance or user experience on your site. It’s primarily a minor database issue that doesn’t affect the site’s operation.

This message is streamlined and focuses on the issue and its resolution, while reassuring that it’s not a serious problem.

Let me know if you need any further help ??
    Thank you!

    Hi @nsmweb

Please go to Troubleshooting -> Check Advanced Options -> At the very bottom, reset our plugin configuration to defaults.

It will generate new backups directory, so you can keep backup of the path from second section unless there are no backups. Otherwise they will disappear until you set the correct backup path.

If that won’t help, make sure you have enough disk storage as when the space if full, our config file may get damaged as many other things.

Let me know if that resolves your issue ??
    Thank you!

    Hi @gltaccone

Thank you for additional details, the debug log for some reason still does not contain any piece of information confirming that the process is scheduled one.

I do feel like these backups gets created properly, however they are not saved in the place they should be exactly like the logs, that may be the reason why I don’t see the correct logs.

As we never experienced such issue before, could you please find If in your wp-content directory there is any other directory named like “backup-migration” and look for backups directory in that folder?

There may be some newer backups that these displayed on the list, if you find such directory, you can merge them with our plugin by setting new storage directory path to the other one, that is not displayed (connected).

    Hi @archonic08

As the BreakDance plugin is paid and does not seem popular we couldn’t get access to that plugin version which most likely conflicts with our plugin.

As the third party plugins is based outside www.remarpro.com there is high chance that it does not follow WordPress Plugin Guidelines which may overall be unstable and against common conventions.

If you can provide us source website at https://tastewp.com where we can replicate the issue, we can attempt to resolve the issue, otherwise based on above assumptions, we can’t provide support for this plugin.

If you create testing environment for us at TasteWP, simply provide an URL to the website, it will be enough.
    Thank you!

    Hi @gltaccone

The debug code still seem to indicate manual backup process, did you get any confirmation or error about the scheduled backup that went through or not?

Live logs are from: 2024-06-21 13:08:43

When the process starts you should see in the right corner that backup process in ongoing, that would be confirmation that the process is getting started when scheduled.

Please verify, you can also download backup logs below the red button to make sure it started.
    Thank you!

    Hi @gltaccone

    My apologies for delayed reply.

Could you please schedule the automatic backup for the nearest next date time, wait 5-10 minutes and then generate debug code within Troubleshooting -> Check Advanced Options -> Red button

Your current debug code is lined to most recent process which in this case was a manual backup that seem to indeed finish successfully.

Linking it with most recent scheduled backup may allow me to dive deeper into this issue.

    Thank you!

    Hi @jljljljl

My apologies for the delayed reply. – once agian.

As is seems like the website limits are still the problem, I would recommend you to follow this solution:

    1. Make one backup:
      – Without database
      – With Plugins+Themes+Other files in the wp-content directory only
    2. If it succeeds download that backup to your PC and remove it from the server, then make a second backup:
      – Exclude database as well
      – With the Uploads directory only
    3. Same thing there, download it and remove it from the server, and make last third backup:
      – With database only
      – Without any files included

If these three succeed, you can restore them one by one and in the same order, database at the end with that approach the restoration or migration will be still valid.

I hope that your Uploads directory takes less than 50% of the entire size, then it should be completely fine if my assumption is right.

Above approach means doing multiple, smaller, partial backups, and then restoring them one by one, however if you can’t make new backups, you can still restore your current backup at https://tastewp.com which does not apply such limits even to free sites. As your backup is 1 GB large and at TasteWP there is 1 GB storage limit, you can let me know what’s your domain name is after making new site with https://demo.tastewp.com/bmi and I’ll increase the storage limit for you, so you can freely restore it here to make partial backup of it.

Let me know if that helps, or you need me to increase the space at TasteWP ??

For anyone who struggle like @rskdev, please try out this beta version:
    https://copy-delete-posts.com/downloads/cdp-beta/copy-delete-posts-1.4.6.2.zip

    It should resolve the issue.

    Hi @gltaccone

Please try to temporarily disable All In One WP Security plugin and try again.

Also in the error log I can see some leftovers of Wordfence, which may give hints of Wordfence security configuration that was not removed, e.g. .htaccess files preventing execution of some files.

However I believe Firewall options of WP Security plugin is the reason of the process not starting.

Let me know if that resolves your issue, if so, look for firewall options and adjust it ??
    Thank you!

    Hi @jljljljl

My apologies for the delayed reply.

    1. Keep using beta I provided
    2. Make sure there are not firewalls or other security solutions enabled by your hosting provider
    3. Make sure the backup does not contain .user.ini, .htaccess, .php.ini or similar files in the backup directly, you will need to inspect the backup with WinRAR or 7-Zip and upload it again upon removal if these files does exist, that may be the reason why it stops.
    4. If it does not reach 50% try later when there will be less load to your shared hosting, it may be the reason why it fails as well.
    5. Try to use different browser, such as Chrome, if you’re on Firefox and vice versa Safari/Chrome/Edge – important, without any extensions and don’t use Opera.
    6. Make sure the new website uses the same PHP version as the previous site, usually PHP 7.4 conflict-less, if you are not sure which version you used on the source site.

If that still won’t work, I’ll need you to send me your debug.log from the plugin as the file is too large to be attached with the debug code, you can download it in the logging section of our plugin in Troubleshooting.

It would be also good if you can provide screenshot of Developer Tools -> Console, what shows up here, when the process fails.

Let me know if that helps your resolve the problem ??
    Thank you!
