For sandbox API I may have solved, in spite of the fact that I have the whole dashboard in German just because I live here. Isn’t any option to change it like in the live account?

About the live API the two problems are still there, no matter how much I look, nowhere is written what should be the option to pick between:

    – Pre-built payment solution
    – NVP/SOAP API integration (Classic)

and for some reason I can’t remove the old API, every time I click here https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_login-api-run

I’m redirected to a page that show me:

For preconfigured shopping carts: Copy and paste the API username, password, and signature into your shopping cart configuration or administration screen.

For building custom shopping carts: Store the following credential information in a secure location with limited access.

    Credential API Signature
    API Username Show

    Signature Show

and signature and API username are always the same one, even if I clicked “remove” on them multiple time

I think that I really need a guide to make this process because is pretty confusing.

The process described above, has been done by clicking on “this tool” as part of this sentence:

“Get your live account API credentials from your PayPal account profile
    or by using this tool.”

Now I wanted to change the credentials for the Sandbox and so I’ve clicked on “PayPal developer account” as part of this sentence:

The sandbox is PayPal’s test environment and is only for use with sandbox accounts created within your PayPal developer account.

This second link brings to a different page than the first one “this tool”. Here you can switch from sandbox and live with a button at the top right in order to have the various credentials, however this credentials are called in a different way from the plungin backend.

In the plugin backend for both, sandbox and live you have:

    API User Name
    API Password
    API Signature

    here instead you have:

    Paypal account
    Client ID
    Secret

also, this page describe better what is NVP/SOAP API integration, and it seems to be for adaptive payments. besides this I do not understand neither how to cancel the developer account ’cause there’s no delete button, meh I think you could include this steps in this page https://www.angelleye.com/paypal-express-checkout-for-woocommerce-setup-guide/

So you are telling me that if it’s not a bug, the problem is not with Namecheap but with Cloudways where I have WooCoommerce…

    I wanna die -_-

There’s not really a way to disconnect Printful plugin, unless using the common “Deactivate/Activate” in the plugins list, I will try to ask to Printful if is fine or if in doing so I will have then to manual resync all the print file and the relative products.

    UPDATE:

It solved by itself. Today I’ve logged WooCommerce and there was no fail alert anymore, thank you.

I would definitely test with customer email address not equal to the server’s sending email address.

The customer email was my private email on hotmail. The sending server was directly the server without an SMTP ’cause with other eCommerce there were no problems, all automatic mail service were delivered without problem of sort. Occasionally some customer could receive the email in the junk folder but there were no bounce.

After a lot of patient and wasted time thanks to cloudways customer support and namesilo support, finally the support of google where I have G-business helped me.

The other times I was using the server on cloudways without an SMTP, all worked because the host domain was registered with Godaddy and just in case, all DNS configurations were fine as default without action required by me.
This time the host domain was Namesilo, and never again.

The code error provided by outlook in the email logs that cloudways provided to me, was indicating a problem with the SPF records, by using an online tool like:

    https://mxtoolbox.com/

I’ve found out the there were tons of dns problems, missing and wrong configurations. I’ve posted these data to Namesilo support, they didn’t take neither one minute to go through it and give me some help, insisting with 4 different mails that was not their problem.

It was at that point that I’ve decided to add an SMTP just to try and see, precisely Google, and it was at that point that in a super kindly and proactive way Google Support, testing the domain host, said that the problem was with Namesilo and that was pretty strange they didn’t take responsibility about it and provide some sort of help.

So, since I’m not an IT engineer, I’ve just transferred to another hosting domain. Transfer should be completed today, after that I should be able to make works email with or without SMTP.

    Thank you!

Hi Olive, don’t worry I fixed that problem. I wanted to open a new thread but after solved I didn’t.

For some reason once clicked on the proceed button that would have redirected me to the merchant, I had this error from PayPal telling that was not possible proceed and no further explanations.

It solved all when I changed the credit card number. I was using these cards https://www.paypalobjects.com/en_AU/vhelp/paypalmanager_help/credit_card_numbers.htm

particularly the VISA card with a test customer with address and billing address based in USA. As soon as I switched with an amex problem solved.

PS: When I’ve obtained the API keys I’ve used a gmail address, if I change the email that I use to login the paypal account that will receive the paypments, can I keep the API or do I have to cancel them and make a new request for the new email address that I will use associated with the paypal account?

    Hello Angelleye,

sorry for this late reply, in some way I’ve lost the follow-up when you have replied.

Technically the guest checkout is allowed, is not that PayPal is asking you to login your PayPal account and if you don’t have one, you can’t proceed.

It allows you to checkout, but the checkout process include also the registration of a PayPal account, while for US customers I have two check boxes, one for “yes create also a paypal account” and the other one for “no, do not create bla bla”

I would like to try different browsers ie Firefox, but today it seems that the checkout process does not works at all.

    Hello RK,

    Hosting server

I’m going to contact cloudways which is the cloud platform that host our store, in order to know if one of the following applies:

    * Blacklisted IPs
    * Server Firewalls
    * Automatic filtering of emails that bypass the spam folder

    Email Log

I have installed the plugin you have suggested me and placed a new order. I’ve checked the email logs, and I have two logs.

    1. Is telling me that an email has been sent to email address that we use as admin (the one set up in settings just to be clear) and the email is “New customer order”.

    2. Is telling me that also another email has been sent to the email address I’ve used as customer, the email is “Your store name order receipt”.

However this email is never arrived in the email account I’ve used for the customer purchase purpose. Neither in the junk folder. It’s an hotmail address that match also as email of the second admin of the store, maybe there’s a conflict?

We were using another woocommerce store on cloudways, but digitalocean server rather than linode and we didn’t have any problems, mails normally arrived to the same identical address on hotmail, even if, the payment gateway was Stripe.

    IPN Notification

Here I can’t provide a screenshot, I do not see the attach function, so I will copy/paste the order notes of the “on hold” order:

This page: “Willkommen bei WooCommerce Germanized” it’s all in German in spite of the English default language.

This pop up: “WooCommerce Germanized Tour Lerne jetzt schnell und einfach die ersten Schritte zur Konfiguration von WooCommerce Germanized kennen.” it’s all in German

This page: “https://vendidero.de/woocommerce-germanized#contract” it’s all in German

    Hello Justin,

nope. Already when I had posted here I had tried various times with different website speed test tools, but all of them were pointing at this problem:

    Minimize redirects

and then a list of “Remove the following redirect chain if possible:”

On GTmetrix I’ve 24 grade A and 3 grade F. One of them can be solved by scaling images, the other one can not be solved because I can not minify the minify files generated by plugins like Breeze, W3C etc since they create their own files in order to improved the site, and the other one that I can not solve is generated by your plugin via pinterest feed.

Hello WP Channel, I’m not a member of the support team, I’m a user that used this plugin with WCMp Marketplace and tested with Product Vendors.

As I said above “is possible pay in test mode” and being this, Stripe Connect and not simply Stripe, it also means that split the payments according to the charge flow always mentioned above.

By the way I’ve managed to display the connect button for the OAuth by using Product Vendors (I had two vendors roles in user), but yet the test mode in order to connect fake accounts and test them, is something I didn’t try, I’ve just made a payment without vendor connected on stripe platform.

This function does not works with a page building plugin like Visual Composer.

I don’t know. I didn’t download this plugin. I was looking for a simply geo blocking that could allow me to login, as one of the country to be blocked is the one where I live.

The plugin itself has a folder that contain the charge flow and the Oauth to connect the vendor account to Stripe, however, feel you free to try, when you are going to connect the vendor account in test mode, there’s no test mode for the vendor account creation.

So while actually is possible pay in test mode in order to see if everything works, it seems that you can’t use fake Stripe account for a vendor, so you should type in a registered account.

On WCMP instead, such test mode is there also in order to create the vendor account, you just click on a link to switch the step and Stripe automatically create the account and connect it to your dashboard.

Also, be aware that if WCMP has used the same charge flow used for its own multi vendor plugin, you will responsible for chargeback, refunds, disputes and you will always need a certain amount of money in your balance in order to pay vendors, as Stripe will pick this money from there, and not from the incoming money of your customers.

    @kbdeals2017

thank you, the only odd is that they ask an incredible amount of KYC compared to Stripe and also compared to other platforms, my resume and my police records too ??

Nope not yet at least:) it was a question in order to prevent problems. I know mangopay ’cause I’ve been in contact with one of their Sales Manager, Oliver Rivera this summer for the same project I’m doing now but due extraordinary events I have to use WooCommerce.

PayPal has been deprecated everywhere and is years that they are asking pre revenues to new businesses in order to use mass pay or adaptive payments and so the only gateway that remain around WooCommerce multi vendor plugins is Stripe.

Right now I’m using WCMP with Stripe Connect, but the team behind WCMP is unable to tell me what kind of charge flow they used, and it’s so since 18 days.

No I was looking to different solutions, I liked Mangopay more then Stripe, but I do not wanna face the same problematics I’m experiencing with WCMP team, and since there were people waiting for an answer and no recent updates, I thought that was not supported anymore.
