I’m not getting any better page result speed when disabling the plugin, however I’m not sure WooCommerce Maintain it, as I see two such errors on the page load. these two errors popup on their plugin

Off topic – I recently found a critical issue in a plugin customize-tawk-to-widget where it was adding an entry for every visitor to wp_options which progressively slowed down my site. I found a post from 11 months ago and the owner of the plugin didnt respond or fix it. I managed to fix it by moving that portion to memcached and set expiry on the entry too, which the developer had not done.

Sorry I found it, I had to go into the product category and found the toggle.

would be great if you could support memcache if you thought it would improve more speed, happy to pay for the plugin, thats the only reason I bought W3TC but it didnt play nice with my shop due to our custom path; but yours plays well ??

I managed to get it working by using Google Tag Manager to send these two events ViewContent and AddToCart as they were missing firing from the woo commerce Facebook plugin

hmmm my screenshot didnt seem to upload

When I go to a product such as https://shop.scanimals.net/index.php/product/laughing-axolotl/?attribute_pa_color=pink-pastel I am only seeing PageView, if I check the html source thats what I see, there is no PageContent (viewing a product).

Same goes for if I click “Add to Cart” there is nothing in the testing debug showing add to cart coming through?

I guess what I am asking, should I disable the Facebook plugin that has some pixel events and all server events and replace it with customer browser pixel events I know work from another plugin; but then I lose server based events or event ID’s dont match and can’t be deduplicated

Ok so I reinstalled W3TC and this time at least pages load and things working, however no improvement to page speed, see tests below but pretty much 29-33 mobile and in the 70’s for desktop; the same results with W3TC disabled. As previously mentioned when running Seraphinite Accelerator page speed is 80/90

I have not enabled browser cache as yet as want to get all other functionality at least giving a result first

Server is a container on Proxmox with 64Gb ram allocated, 16 CPU’s and host system has plenty of resources and no other containers or VMs running on it. Database is on same network, 10gb connected, running on 3 group replication mysql servers with good performance.

I reverted back to Seraphinite Accelerator and deleted everything; I have emailed asking for a refund as it is not usable and didnt work. I truely hoped it would but I spent about 16hrs on it.

I checked all the .htaccess files against the “install” link where it generates and they were all good, TC was creating them fine. I even tried copying the font files to the cache at one point.

PageSpeed dropped to 30’s for mobile and 50’s for computers when I used the cache, even with memcache. While using Seraphinite Accelerator I’m sitting at great consistency of 80’s-90’s.

I’d consider trying it again, but it was a nightmare and not enough stock standard just work. I know my URI structure is possibly different to most, but one would think the plugin would look at this string and work with it rather than having to link /var/www/html/var/www/html

Just an update, I've got the pages to partially load, only some errors now. the temporary fix (by no means permanent so need a solution please) was to link /var/ to /var/www/html/var so the path /var/www/html/var/www/html would work.

Page loading slowly, but at least the structure and images load eventually

Just an update on this… I’m using themes/woodmart-child/ not sure if this has any role to play in the issue.

It certainly appears the W3TC is not handling the path correctly as its adding /var/www/html twice; it doesn’t do this with other caching methods, just minify

I have noticed that if I set minify to manual and add a few .js files, that it is now creating folder cache/minify/00b19/default.include.js.id

If I set back to auto, I see if I go to the homepage, lots of files get generated:

However looking at the developer console, there are still errors and page takes ages to load with many things still not working

P.s. it seems you are down the right path. the other caching methods are storing correctly, just minify has the issues, this from the log
