I wonder if updating wordpress or plugins compromised my site or switching my theme and then back again?

I did switch themes and then switched back today and updated to wordpress 3.4 and updated some plugins.

above your post is the horizontal list of editing icons, and above that is the upload/insert icon with the picture that says add media when you hover over it

any image- I click on the icon above my post and it should go over to window to add image but nothing happens

Still looking for someone to help solve my problem of not being able to write comments. The comment word is there at bottom of post but when you put the arrow over the word, it doesn’t create link to click on.

Anyone else have any idea how to get my comments area up and working. No one can make comments on my post. I tried answer in previous answer but still not working.

Anyone else have problems with visitors not being able to post comments?

Thanks for showing where to find older posts. If anyone can help me solve problem of not being able to make comments, I am still looking for solution.

I didn’t know how to find original post as it was over a week ago and that’s why I copied original answer from text file I had created when I first got answer.

Thanks for your help Clayton. After five hours I think I got it.

My domain is with godaddy but I am hosted with hostgator. They have wordpress with their cpanel but I uploaded wordpress on my own to my site as instructed by someone. This is kind of over my head. I went to your link and then downloaded phpadmin but don’t have a clue on how to access sql database and change password.

I know how to upload theme using ftp program like cuteftp but confused when using cpanel. So I go into file manager and then find public_html and do the same as I would with regular ftp program? Sorry, just that cpanel is new to me.
