Hello @oc-wordpress-web-designer,
I understand you’re looking for a feature to precisely control the sending of emails, specifically to send 10 emails every 5 minutes for a drip campaign. You’re right, the current “Schedule between time/date” option distributes emails randomly within the chosen timeframe, which isn’t ideal for your needs.
As it stands, the functionality to schedule emails with that level of granularity (e.g., 10 emails every 5 minutes) isn’t built into FluentCRM just yet.
I’ve logged your request as a feature request for our development team. To help them better understand your requirements, could you please provide more details about your ideal setup? The more information you provide, the better we can meet your needs.
Thank you for your understanding and for helping us improve FluentCRM!
Hello @omarkasem,
Thank you for reaching out and for suggesting the addition of a filter to
getShareableUrl
in FluentCRM! We appreciate you taking the time to share your use case and explain how a hook would improve your workflow for shortening shareable campaign URLs.As mentioned, this functionality isn’t available currently. We’ve logged your suggestion with our development team. They’ll evaluate it carefully as they plan future updates. The development team considers many factors during these assessments, and while we can’t guarantee immediate implementation, we value your input immensely.
In the meantime, please keep an eye on our changelogs and announcements for any updates regarding this feature.
Thanks again for your valuable feedback!

Hello @jvarn13,
As this seems to be specific to your website and server environment and involves protected files and potential security settings, further investigation will be needed. We would like to delve deeper into your specific setup to identify the root cause and find a solution.
To assist you effectively, I recommend creating a support ticket on the WPManageNinja Support Portal (if you haven’t already). This allows us to gather the necessary details and work directly with you. When creating the ticket, please include the following information:
- Debug Logs:?(Enable debug logging in WordPress and provide the logs for a failed email attempt. This will give us more insight into the connection process.)
By providing this information, our experts will be able to analyze your specific use case and provide tailored assistance. We’ll be happy to help you troubleshoot the issue and find a resolution.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Hello @whitco,
It appears the problem lies with the way your WordPress site is handling Permalinks. The callback URL containing
index.php?rest_route=/fluent-smtp/outlook_callback
indicates that Pretty Permalinks are not enabled. Microsoft O365 requires a cleaner URL format, which is why it’s rejecting the current URL.The correct format should look like this:?
https://YourDomain.com/wp-json/fluent-smtp/outlook_callback
.The key to resolving this is to enable Pretty Permalinks in WordPress. This usually involves checking the following:
- Permalink Settings:?Go to your WordPress Dashboard → Settings → Permalinks. Make sure you’ve selected an option?other than?“Plain.” “Post name” is the most commonly used and recommended option.
- .htaccess File:?The?
.htaccess
?file in your WordPress root directory is crucial for rewriting URLs. It might be missing or improperly configured. You can find more details about the default WordPress directives for the?.htaccess
?file here:?htaccess – www.remarpro.com Documentation- Checking for .htaccess:?Use an FTP client or your hosting provider’s file manager to check for the presence of the?
.htaccess
?file in the same directory where your?wp-config.php
?file is located. - Default WordPress Directives:?If the?
.htaccess
?file exists, ensure it contains the proper WordPress directives. If it’s missing or incorrect, you can often regenerate it by going to Settings → Permalinks and simply clicking “Save Changes” (even without making any actual changes). This will attempt to rewrite the?.htaccess
?file.
- Checking for .htaccess:?Use an FTP client or your hosting provider’s file manager to check for the presence of the?
- Hosting Configuration:?In rare cases, server configurations can interfere with WordPress permalinks. If the above steps don’t work, it’s best to contact your hosting provider’s support team and ask them to ensure that URL rewriting is enabled for your site.
We strongly recommend contacting your website administrator to resolve this Permalinks issue. Once Pretty Permalinks are correctly configured and
index.php
is removed from the URL, the FluentSMTP Microsoft integration should work without any further problems. Please let us know if you have any other questions, and we’ll do our best to assist!
Hello @pratik-jain,
To help us get to the bottom of why the email log is initially showing as blank, could you please provide us with the following information?
- FluentSMTP Version:
- PHP Version:
- WordPress Version:
- Browser:?Which browser are you using when you experience this issue (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari)?
This information will give us a clearer picture of your environment and help us replicate the issue on our end. Once we have this information, we can investigate further and provide you with a more specific solution.
We’ll keep you updated on our progress.
Hello @dc38746,
To help us pinpoint the cause of this discrepancy between the test emails and those sent via?
wp_mail().
Could you please provide us with a short video demonstration or some screenshots illustrating the following:- FluentSMTP Configuration:?Screenshots of your FluentSMTP settings, specifically the connection settings for your Office 365 email address. This will allow us to check for any misconfigurations. Please redact any sensitive information, like passwords, before sharing.
wp_mail()
?Implementation:?A snippet of the code you’re using to send emails via?wp_mail()
. This will help us understand if any headers or arguments might be causing issues.- FluentSMTP Logs:?Screenshots of the FluentSMTP logs showing the successful?

This is crucial for comparing the sent information with what you’re expecting. - Any Error Messages:?Screenshots of any error messages or unusual behavior you encounter, either in the FluentSMTP logs or elsewhere on your site. Even if the logs say “success,” any other indicators of potential problems would be helpful.
The video or screenshots will give us a clear picture of the setup and the behavior you’re observing, making it easier to identify the root cause. This is a critical step in diagnosing why the test emails are working while?

?Emails are not reaching the recipient.Looking forward to hearing from you and getting this resolved quickly!
