And they reply that the plugin is just for customizing the styles and ive deactivat it ..

If you have no idea how to show the customer details in customer emails .. Its okay

Ive asked once about the same issue and they consider asking in plugin fourm kadence email customizer .
And i do so .. They asked me to deactivate it and to change the active theme to make sure where dose the problem come from .. A did that too and the problem still do exist

I am not sure but i think this is default in customers emails ..

And if it was like that is there anyway to make it customer email look like amdin new order email ..

Because actually i am getting customer details using custom checkout feild and i didnt make any changed to make them appear in new admin email it show up automatically after adding feilds to the plugin

Unfortunately i ve deactivated the plugin and change the theme but the problem still exisit ..

Is there is anyway to add customer details to customer email

I’ve only made some changes in templates files on kadence plugin folder …

But if u were worry about that i might have delete something i shouldnt .. I can gurntee i haven’t

Moreover customer details are shown in cancelled order email also but not in completed or processing order emails and i dont know why ?

As u can notice customer details are not shown for the customre.

What i want to do is show customer details in all emails
