In reply to: [Web To PrintQ - Product Designer] Unable to install PrintQHello Pascaline
What do you mean by “doesn’t appear in wordpress”? It doesn’t appear in plugins admin page or there is no admin menu item related to this plugin?
If it’s second case, you have to activate the plugin first. If this answer doesn’t solve your problem, please provide more info about your issue(how do you install/upload/activate the plugin)

In reply to: [Web To PrintQ - Product Designer] Error in PluginHello David!
Can you give us a link to the product you have issues with?
If the product has variations and required attributes, they need to be selected before personalizing the product.Regards,

In reply to: [Web To PrintQ - Product Designer] Dynamic pricing option not workingHi Tejas!
Since Dynamic Pricing is a paid plugin, we were not able to test it’s compatibility with our plugin on our environment. However, our plugin does not interfere with WooCommerce price calculation, hence it should not affect dynamic pricing.
In order to investigate your issue further, can you share a link to a personalization product with dynamic pricing and another link to a normal product with dynamic pricing?Looking forward for your response,

In reply to: [Web To PrintQ - Product Designer] Product as background in designer?Hello Philip!
Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate it an we are looking forward to improve our plugin.
- The template is created separately of the woocommerce product. At the moment of template creation it is not known to which product it will belong. So the link between template and product is made when the printq template is selected in product edit page.
- The uploaded images (frontend and admin area) are stored in wp-media. So you can delete them whenever you want. When you load the frontend designer, you are still logged in with the account with which you uploaded the image. That’s why you see that uploaded image in the image gallery. Try to log in admin area and create a template, upload some images, assign that template to a product and open an incognito browser window( or logout ) and navigate to product frontend designer. You won’t see the images uploaded in admin area in the available images list. Indeed we found that there is a problem with images uploaded in frontend by non-logged users( they are visible to other non-logged users ), but we will release a fix within the next several days.
- For the moment, the bleeding( some sort of maximum editable/printable region ) is not supported.
- The shapes are stored in [wp-plugins-directory]/web-to-printq/assets/shapes . For each shape category there is a folder with it’s name and a png image with the same name and png extension. You can add/remove any shape from that folders, but they may be overwritten when you update the plugin

In reply to: [Web To PrintQ - Product Designer] Can’t Add Personalized Item to CartThe problem is that Wordfence is blocking the request created by our plugin.
To solve this, navigate to your WP admin area -> Wordfence -> Firewall and add the following to whitelisted URLs:
URL: /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
Param: select POST Body from dropdown
Param Name: pqd_content
Please see attached screenshot:

In reply to: [Web To PrintQ - Product Designer] Can’t Add Personalized Item to CartAfter having a closer look at the link you provided, we found that your site forbids the ajax POST request triggered by clicking the “add to cart” button.
Do you have any sort of security plugin installed or any custom rules in wordpress installation .htaccess file?Regarding your second question, we will try to add that functionality in our future release, which we hope to be as soon as possible.
Thank you!
