Thanks again bdbrown.. this is making the topbar menu sticky but other contents are also moving up and looks jumbled. It goes sticky also in mobile but without the search bar.

No problem i will give it up.. its not that important for me now.

I would not want to delete the theme but only problem is that when i try to install the Hueman-Child-Theme-Master its not installing properly and i see broken pages. I suspect this could be due to the some changes i did earlier.

I think for me now only option is to install wordpress again.

But then what is the point of deleting the theme if anyway wordpress is going to store it. Is it not a big?

I can reinstall the wordpress for now as it is not live but but what if I already have a running website with many contents and user logged in.

Is there not a way to un-install it completely, using some plugin etc.
