I’m having this problem as well. I can no longer add images to my site when Optima Express is activated.

Site uses Genesis with the AgentPress Pro Child Theme.

Let me know what I can do to fix this. It was working fine a few weeks back.

Okay, so I got it working. Using a ‘server key’ instead of ‘browser key’ fixed the issue for me immediately. Using the API instructions provided at tubepress.com got me sorted.

I followed the instructions to the letter. No matter what I do, mrsuicidesheep is the only user id the plugin will recognize. It saves my API key, but it will not save either my user id or channel id.

Seems unlikely, but maybe it’s a theme conflict? Genesis with Dynamik child theme.

Sorry for the late reply. I had tried that a few times.

I just deleted the API and created a new one. Still won’t work.

I’ll have a look at the awcp forums first – should I decide to revisit this plugin.

I was steaming mad when I posted my response here, and may have overreacted a bit, but sheesh… in nearly 4 years of using WP, I’ve never experimented with a plugin that had manipulated my site in the way awcp did.

I’m not an expert, but I think that the bold and italics properties may need to be defined in the stylesheet.

I’ve been using this template for months and really like it, but am probably going to be looking for something else. Although I really like the color scheme and the overall look of the template, I’m finding limitations with it.

Aside from the two issues you posted about, I cannot get threaded comments to work. Another really unusual behavior is that sometimes comments will appear in different colors all down the page.

The author’s website says that this and other templates are undergoing 2.7 compatibility checks, but it’s been that way for months. It’s a great template, especially considering he offers it for free, but I think I may try something else pretty soon.
