It looks like this might be a caching issue, as we are not able to replicate it on our end. Since you’ve already cleared your cache, please try refreshing your site’s Permalinks and check if that works for you.

We are sorry for the trouble you’re experiencing. It seems like the issue is caused by the site’s cache when updating the plugin for some of our users. A quick way to fix this is by refreshing your Permalinks.
You can follow this guide on how to flush WordPress Permalinks: How to Refresh WordPress Permalinks.
Our developers are working on finding a solution so that in future updates, users won’t need to flush their Permalinks manually.
