Seems there was a delay – after an hour or two, my subscription (Core; free) was recognized and I was able to add my feed. Marking as resolved.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Feed not refreshing….again.Ok – I installed that plugin. And “ai1ec_cron” isn’t even on the task list. Can I add this myself through the “Add Task” button?

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Days not showing in widgetThis is just thought – but any chance it’s a color issue? Could the color of the background and the numbers/words both be set to white somehow?
I was able to do this through custom CSS in my theme (mine is Parabola – but should work with most themes). I will mark the topic as resolved, but here’s the simple fix (note: this will also remove the “next” and “previous” from blog posts as well):
Add custom CSS or modify the following entries in your theme CSS file:
#nav-below {
display: none;
}#nav-above {
display: none;
}I know this is a free plugin, but lots of us definitely rely on it both personally and professionally. I sincerely hope a fix is coming very soon – it’s been at least a week since WordPress 4.4 broke the feed import. C’mon guys – please help us out!
I’ve been forced to use Google Calendar embed codes to keep my site calendar up-to-date, and it’s just plain ugly and has limited functionality. Please get our beautiful and useful Time.ly calendars working again!!
I’ve had to resort to using Google Calendar’s embed codes while the Time.ly calendar gets resolved. Hoping the Time.ly staff will keep us updated! I think the Time.ly plugin is by far the best calendar out there, and I really want to use it again.
The issue seems to be that the event dates and times are not imported from Google’s ICS, so while the events themselves are imported, they do not show on the calendar since the date and time are not known. I really wish I hadn’t updated my WordPress core to 4.4, since that’s what broke the calendar….
Lesson learned. The Time.ly calendar is probably my most important plugin. I won’t update WordPress again until there is also an update for Time.ly available so both get updated together. I can’t stand seeing Google’s ugly embedded calendars on my site instead of my beautiful and functional All-In-One Event calendar. Please hurry the fix, guys!!
