In reply to: [ICS Calendar] Remove date picker & center month labelOk – I was able to center the month label myself. Can you still help me remove the month picker? Thanks!

In reply to: [ICS Calendar] Can I show upcoming events instead of “no more this month”?Thank you for the reply, and I can certainly appreciate that some features must remain “Pro Only”.
You are correct that I was referring to the list-formatted display of the month view on mobile devices, so not the actual list view, per se.
If I may suggest: If the Pro version does allow the mobile “month-as-list” display to show all future events (rather than just one month at a time), it may be necessary to offer a “cutoff” date or specific number of events. If it truly shows ALL future events, that would be a tremendous list (at least in my case), and may also become an infinite list for a user who has a recurring event on their calendar that repeats long into the future (or has no end date). If you already have a fix for this potential issue, obviously you can ignore my suggestion. But if there is no method of cutting off the list at a specified number of events or a time frame (2 months from current date, etc.), the Pro Version would actually be less useful (to me) than the free version!
Thanks again for the reply and info.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Refresh/Import broken …. again.Yeah. Kinda too little, too late for me. I know the core plugin is free, and I really like its look and functionality. But it feels like a constant stream of bugs plague this plugin. I’ve given up, and moved on to a different calendar plugin.
Thank you, Benjamin. Things seem to be working again now! I know this may not be the issue this time, but can you tell me if there’s a “max” number of events that perhaps can stall the import process? I know I was up near 1100, but now I’m down to about 350. I can easily purge my Google Cal from time to time if it helps to keep the event total down. Thanks!
5.6; it was 5.3, but I manually updated it. 5.6 is the highest version offered.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Posterboard not working?Well that was simple and effective. All fixed – thank you Ben!

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Description not showing on hover?Marking resolved – user error! In my theme, I had “post excerpt length” set to zero. Changed it to “100 words” and all is well.
Thank you for the efforts, Benjamin – but I figured this out and you were correct. It seems that much of the custom CSS added through the theme’s configuration page no longer applies, perhaps due to a WordPress update. However, adding the CSS into the “customize” section under “Appearance” tab of WordPress works perfectly. I was able to get my pages looking the way I want. Thanks again!
My calendar page is https://ianeric.com/calendar/ – the issues I’m trying to resolve occur on individual event pages.
I’ll concede that the “next” and “previous” areas are theme-based, however “This post was replicated from another site’s calendar feed.” seems to be directly related to Time.ly, no? I do know that I had removed that text/link in the past.
Thanks!
Also to remove the “next” and “previous” event links at the bottom of each event page? Again, there was a CSS fix for this a while back that seems to be no longer working…..

In reply to: [Parabola] Footer widgets: Images not sized correctly!Well I finally found the issue – it is Jetpack’s “Photon Image Optimization” causing the image resizing. Turning off this feature allowed me to once again size my images to my liking.

In reply to: [Parabola] Footer widgets: Images not sized correctly!Just FYI – I was able to get in and fix my site by removing that code you recommended.
I’ve found a workaround – for now. I set the width to 300%. The images now fit the columns. Still looks a bit off on mobile version, but it’ll work temporarily. I also fixed the centering issue by using a universal
<center>...</center>
on each widget box, instead of thealign="center"
attribute. I may change the width to 275% or similar to try to center them better on mobile view.I’m still fairly convinced that there is a theme issue here….somehow, Parabola is “shrinking” the widget size to about 1/3 of its actual width, so using 100% width command only brings the image to about 100 pixels wide.
I appreciate your help on this – and hoping Cryout does a theme update soon to resolve!

In reply to: [Parabola] Footer widgets: Images not sized correctly!Well – that didn’t work at all. In fact, it “broke” my site with a “syntax error – unexpected $end”. Thanks for trying – I certainly don’t intend to sound unappreciative!
Again – I have no clue why these additional attributes are being added, nor where I can change them. I’ve already got the “width=100%” command in my widget box, and it’s being ignored/overridden, along with the “align=center” command.
I’m truly at a loss.
