Thank you so much @lastsplash – the missing followers and data are now visible in my Jetpack admin! I really appreciate your help.

I just got caught out by this issue too. It would be great if there was either a warning that the “not updated in over two years” plugin check only refreshes once per day, or a manual refresh button for that plugin check, or both. Other than that, this is a really nice health check tool. Thanks very much!
