You can solve this with two ways. Above is the one way and here is the second and standard way. Because I found that it is the issue with the height of the input.
You need set height as unset.

.woocommerce table.variations tr td select {
height: unset !important;
}

As I can see it is showing different website url like usercontent.one. Can you confirm from where you have deleted that file?

Or you can use this alternate way to add css
Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS
