Thank you for making this awesome plug-in. It’s so easy to configure, I love how I can use hex codes to choose my own colors.

Just one question: When I paste the code into the html box (this was on Patreon), even though I had it customized with colors, there’s nothing there but a white box–the box is visible when I highlight the area where the player should be.

Any suggestions on how I can fix this? (Here’s a screenshot.)

Hello.

I’m having the same issue. It’s been ongoing. Here’s the link to the feed validator result for my one podcast that is getting this error (I have three podcasts in total, two of which are without issue so I know it’s not the server.)

Here’s an image in case the link doesn’t work…

The feed validator suggests that I make some changes but despite my earnest attempts to understand the issue, I don’t know what to change or do.

Also, Feed Validator does say that the feed is valid but iTunes is still rejecting the feed. Here’s what I’m using: https://writerandangelino.com/feed/podcast/episodes

And here’s a screenshot of the iTunes Podcast Connect rejection, too…

iTunes blames my host but I know that’s bogus since my other SSP podcasts are using the same server.

I have contacted Bluehost and they told me (ever helpful they are) that they wish it was them so they could help me fix it. They suggested that I ask you, Hugh.

I realize that this is a free plug-in, and that you have other concerns but I sure would appreciate any suggestions you offer–I’d even delete the podcast and start from scratch if you feel it would work.

Thank you for that explanation. I really appreciate you sharing that information with me. Yes. I see that everything is as it should be. Even so, I was at a loss as to what happened to make the change. Now (thanks to you!) I know what it was.

Hello!

I looked at my latest episode in iTunes and see that in the episode that posted yesterday (11/23/16) the description shows up with all its links just the way it should in the “show full episode details” section—thank you!

Here’s why I’m back in the forum again…

On the main podcast page, the previous episode (02), when I hit the “View Full Description”, still shows a blank page (just as before).

I updated the description for Episode 02 (just to include better information) and then I updated the WP podcast episode page, expecting the change to be reflected in iTunes and then (inside the iTunes Podcast app) I manually refreshed my feed, but there’s no change. It’s still blank.

I’ve perused the forum but didn’t find any suggestions on what to do about this. What would you suggest?

And, again thank you for your generosity. Even working out these little kinks in my program, my podcast is looking great…like, award-winning!
