They do.
There’s another, separate wordpress install on the same server ( different domain entirely ) which has no problems at all. Nobody so far can work out what’s gone wrong here.

I have the theme sitting on both a development server and a live server. The problem arose when I moved it to the live server.

Both servers are running php5 and sql ver 5 and are essentially set up in exactly the same way. Beyond basic admin access, I don’t have control of the live server.

Just a 303 error when I deleted the plugins and the files couldn’t be found.

I’m very, very sad to say that didn’t work. ??

About 10, but again, I’ve already de-activated, then deleted them all, and still nothing happens in either theme. Is it possible it’s something to do with the database or server?

Is there nothing I can add to functions.php to force the dropdown to show?
I’m completely at a loss, genuinely.

No, they aren’t. The Page Attributes box, when Twenty Eleven is installed, only shows the Page Parent option and Page Order, nothing else.

Do you mean did I try transferring them to the Twenty Eleven theme?

If yes, then yes, I tried this, and the option still didn’t appear.

I’ve also just deleted the WordPress install entirely, re-installed entirely, and the option STILL doesn’t appear.

Yes, absolutely sure. The theme was working perfectly well on one domain, and when switched to another, the template dropdown simply disappeared.

If anyone else is having this problem, where the mail form returns a validation error because the file attachment won’t upload, it’s not to do with permissions.

You have to have php-cgi / php-fast-cgi enabled on your server.

What permissions do I need to set it to? I’d created another folder, and changed wp-config to point to it, but even with permissions at 777 on that folder, it still didn’t work.

After posting this, I also noticed that my site was unavailable. After uninstalling jigoshop, I had to remove the pages it automatically set up.

Having real issues with this plugin, can anyone help?

None at all. I’m using WP-Framework as a base theme, but haven’t altered anything in the header. The page simply shows the default wordpress gallery.
