That’s so strange! I have no restrictions on the channel or the videos, they are all public.

I’ve compared side-by-side all the settings from another channel I manage that DOES return videos, and the settings are all identical.

I also used a restrictions explorer to see if there was some kind of restrictions on this channel that I couldn’t find and it says that the ComoLakeVet channel is unrestricted: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BwEs7SUIjwUTdkR0NGpPR0pDMTg/view?usp=sharing

Guess what? I think I was doing it wrong as I was adding the CSS to my child theme’s stylesheet as opposed to the “Big Settings Button” config area.

When I entered

#ctx-module .ctx-link-image img {
	max-width: 100% !important;
	box-shadow: 0 0px 0px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0) !important;
}

into the CSS box on the module tab of the Contextly settings, *poof* no more box-shadow!!!

Silly mistake that I should have tested first (that’s what I get for working late)!!!!
