I don’t see anything in .htaccess now.
I deleted all rules and reapplied them all again.

I am going to try something using the VPN and see what happens.

Where are the blocked ip stored? In a table on a database?

That is my problem, no notification, no email, no activity in the log. They are just logged out and
the only way is to delete all the firewall rules as I mentioned.
I know that the IP is blocked because I can access with their credentials!
I troubleshot all the plugins and this one is the culprit.
I don’t have other “firewall” plugins!

The problem I have is that for sure something is blocked but in Currently locked Out Ip Address Ranges there is nothing!

I did not have it before an upgrade.
I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from and another plugin (Better Delete Revision which I did not have) was installing it without asking:

I uninstalled all the plugins to find out where BWL Plugins was coming from.
On the other hand author shows BWL Plugins in his signature!

I removed Force SSL and simply added a redirect rule in
htaccess.

I changed to JQVMap and it it showing up.
I do have the plugin:
Force SSL
installed and active and probably that is the culprit!

I also have “login” “logout”.
Does anyone knows how to remove that too?
