Hi, same trouble with Enfold, Avada, Flatsome or Twenty-One from WordPress.
The AddToCart button and the Price are well hidden on the product page but the AddToQuote button does not appear.
We disabled almost all of the other plugins, flushed the cache.

[show [group_1] if [calculated-field] ≤ “0” ] is not saved in the Conditional fields tab while [show [group_1] if [calculated-field] equals “0” ] work fine.

I want to integrate in one of the “advertising blocks” the feed of an affiliate program. I would like to display the name, image, price and other data sent by the feed.

In this case I don’t use a “thank you” page ( (sorry I should say).
I use the plug in Mail Chimp For WordPress that displays a confirmation message (like ContactForm7) in a div class=”mc4wp-alert mc4wp-success”

For ContactForm7, the tracking is easy with your plugin.
Can we do something like that with MC4WP ?
I hope my question is a little more clearly ??

The code have been inserted two time in the page.
You need to
Desactivate / Reactivate all the plugins
Delete the Widget and all the code with the text editor (not the visual) and then
Add again the Widget of Restaurant Reservation

The trouble seems to came from the Page Builder Plugin by SiteOrigin
The form appear in the footer of all the pages (as in https://www.o2-saone.fr/wordpress/) but not in the main content as you can see in https://www.o2-saone.fr/wordpress/reservation-table-restaurant

I need to activate this plugin to display all the content of the website.
I contact the author of the theme.
