@lukablink Is it permanent problem for all products ? if not then that could could happen if something went wrong when the plugin attempts to create translated variations , the solution is to delete the original product and recreate it and then translated again. enabling the wp debug mode will give a better idea if something is wrong.

By the way the fields locker feature can be disabled from the plugin settings page (first option in the page).

@bas Elbers if you can not see the polylang translations widget in product page just make sure that polylang is managing your products translations from polylang settings page. and every think will go fine.

@leonardo Gaiero you are totally right , thank you very much for the valuable feedback , the fields locker feature is not working in firefox as it seems , I will fix the bug and push an update today , in the meantime you can disable the fields locker feature from plugin settings page , and everthing will work perfectly in firefox.

The error happens cause your PHP version is less than PHP5.3 , the plugin makes a havey use of PHP5.3 features , updating the php version will solve the issue

OK , closing the topc as it is not an issue .

@leonardo Gaiero I see, this is strange Yoast known to work fine with polylang and I have just tested with my plugin , woocommerce and polylang together and it worked perfectly . it seems as it is plugin conflicts with other plugin. could you please deactivate all plugins excepts for this one , woocommerce , polylang and yoast to see if the problem persists.

@dbriard could you please activate the debug mode by adding the following lines to your wp-config.php file .

define('SAVEQUERIES', true);
define('WP_DEBUG', true);
define('SCRIPT_DEBUG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);

then deactivate all your plugins except for this one and (woocommerce,polylang) just to make sure the problem persists. then paste the result here please so I could help more in this .

@dbriard the problem seems like you have forgotten to translate your shop page ?! have you translate woocommerce pages (shop,cart,myaccount,checkout)?

@leonardo Gaiero I am not sure I’ve got the ides , what do you mean by “the corresponding section is blank”

@kormait123 for now the plugin does not support that , the plugin tries to change the language to match the order language before the email template is used and the email is sent , probably changing the subject from template could help you n this for now , the next release will improve the email feature so subjects can be translated from polylang strings table directly.
