I just want to edit the colors of the bars/lines in the navbars and over/under header -not anything else?

And I can’t drop a widget in the right sidebar

I would have the text on the sidebar and in the navbar change color on hover rather than be underlined but that’s my personal taste.

Don’t they do both? They do in Chrome and Opera at least?
But, yes, I do think I have to change the color on text, to match the rest.

So it’s not so boring as I thought? Yey! ??

Would like to here from more people though -different people, different views! ??

I want the widgets approximately where they are now, but I would like to have a hit-counter on the right sidebar if possible in Cutline.

Some friends of mine have commented the layout to be a bit…well, boring and white, so I thought I would make some changes..

I do like the theme though, haven’t found any other that seems clean and ok like this one.

I have fixed the problem with “Smart YouTube”, as there were an option to Enable xHTML Validation.

But the others ones are still a problem.

Discovered one more thing
-I use a plugin called “Smart YouTube” for showing videos, just copy/paste url. In IE the video doesn’t show up, getting the red x within the frame.

Works fine in Opera and Chrome.

Wow! Thank you so much both of you, but it was Shane G’s explanation that really worked for me!

I changed the .htaccess code and also followed this from your website!

2) Change the permissions of upload folder to 755.

3) Go to your WordPress Admin then Settings – Misc. Set ‘Store uploads in this folder’ to: wp-content/uploads and leave Full URL path to files blank.

I miss this setting as a default for the whole site. I find this especially useful when drafting the design for a site that is not yet ready for the public.

This is just what I’m looking for! A subdomain of mine is supposed to be a private family site, wich I would like no one to look into if not logged in!
