I want to extend my sincere apologies for the inconvenience and frustration you’ve experienced with our plugin. It is disappointing to hear this plugin that served you well for years has now fallen short of expectations. Your feedback is incredibly important to us, and we appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention.
I’m truly sorry for the delay in our response and the subsequent lack of communication. This falls far below the standard of service we aim to provide, and we understand the impact it has had on your experience.
I see that you had already uninstalled the plugin due to continual issues. But if you would be willing to grant us one more chance to properly investigate and resolve your case, I would appreciate an opportunity to restore the relationship and rebuild trust. At a minimum, I owe you clear insights into what exactly malfunctioned recently.
Please accept my sincerest personal apology for letting you down by not meeting clearly justified expectations you had for the product and level of caring support. I am sorry to hear about this.
Would you be so kind to explain me in more detail what are you doing so I can recreate the steps and resolve the error?
I have just checked with our testing account and I have added Twitter without any issues.
You don’t need to insert any Twitter IDs. You just need to log in to your account at Social Web Suite, click on the left-hand side menu on the “Social Profiles” – “Add a Social Profile”, and then click on the “Add a Twitter Profile” button. Then you need to log in to the Twitter profile you want to add, click on the “Authorize App” button and that is it.
Please note that Twitter is only available with our paid plans due to their changes in billing.

Can you please deactivate the plugin on this website, activate it, and connect with your account at Social Web Suite?
Just an FYI, if you have multiple workspaces please make sure that you are logged into the correct one (the one you want to connect this website to) because when you connect the website now it will be added to the workspace you are logged into.

I am so sorry for my late response. For some reason, we haven’t received a notification of new support request so I just saw this now.
If you want both your posts and pages to share just go to the “Sharing Options” tab in the plugin and under the “Post type” choose the “Post & Page” option and save the settings.
As from my understanding, it seems that you’ve tried this but it won’t work on your site. If that is the case, would you be so kind to please create a temporary user for your WordPress site for us and send us the login information (username and password) to [email protected] so we can take a look into your settings? Also, if you are using similar plugins with the same functions on the same site, that might cause the code problems, as well. We can check all this and resolve it once we have the access to your site.
The image our plugin is pulling out from your post and sending it to Buffer is the featured image. Regarding the image summaries I am not quite sure that I’ve understood what you want to accomplish, so if you can send us some examples via email of what you want your shares to look like, we would be able to better help you with this.

Please login into your site and then got to Posts section or Pages section and search for “portfolio-fullwidth-grid”. When you find that post or page please delete it.
You can also check those 2 videos that are explaining how to delete posts and pages.

The message “Buffer has not returned an expected result
Please check your Token” means that the plugin is not connected to your account at Buffer. There is a problem either with the token or with the Buffer App.Would you be so kind to please check if you copied the token correctly (no spaces at front) and if you did and it is still showing the same message, the only other thing left to do is to create another token and try it with that one.
Also, you can click on the documentation tab at the top on the general settings of the plugin and download the full documentation or on the link below the Buffer Access Token slot to verify that you did created the token properly.

I am terribly sorry for my late reply, for some strange reason I haven’t received a notification about your post and I just saw it now.
If your posts are not reaching Buffer, it seems to me that your WordPress site is not connected to the Buffer APP via our plugin. In order to do this you need to create a Buffer App Access Token on Buffer and copy and paste it into the appropriate slot in our plugin.
Please click on the link How can I create/obtain Buffer App Access Token? in the enable/disable tab just underneath Your Buffer App Access Token: Copy your Buffer app access token here box in our plugin. It will lead you to the documentation where all the steps are explained in how to obtain the Buffer App Access Token.
You can use the same token for all 3 of your websites, but, keep in mind that this token connects your website with your user account at Buffer App. For example, if you only have one Buffer App user account for all 3 sites, then use the same token for all 3 sites. However, if you have several Buffer App user accounts (with different Social Networks) and you want to connect a different ones to all 3 sites, then you need to create a different Buffer App Access Token for each of them.
