    Hi James,

Thanks for your reply. I have now realised what you mean about being able to see the data and I can now see it if I click on Google Search Console and some data in https://analytics.google.com/.

I’m not comfortable taking the steps in the guides you have sent but since I can see the data now and it looks like it’s just an issue with the dashboard in WordPress I’m happy to close this case and just use the google webpages to track website usage.

Thanks again for your help with understanding this issue.

    Hi James,

I’ll start with your last comment. I’m not sure what data you are seeing. When I log onto https://analytics.google.com the following error shows up: “No data received from your website yet. To start collecting data, make sure that your website is tagged using the Measurement ID: <redacted>”

I’m still encountering the same error. A screenshot won’t tell you much I’m afriad it literally only says the following:
    “Data error in Analytics
There was a critical error on this website while fetching data
    Retry Retry didn’t work??Get help

    Hi James,

Thanks for the advice. Here are my responses:

    1. This appears to have worked. I cannot see any data but there are no errors showing on the dashboard.
    2. I’m afriad I have no other WordPress sites on the same hosting platform.
    3. I have disconnected site kit and taken additional steps to remove all traces of Analyitics and Site Kit from my Google Account. This has created a fresh “Analytics Accounts” and “Properties & Apps”. Unfortunately this has not made a difference.

    Thanks

    Hi James,

Thank you for your help. I have submitted a request via the Google form. Upon checking and saving the permalink settings, I am still getting an error with Site Kit. When checking the Status of the site I can see the following:

“You should use a persistent object cache”
“Your site does not support AVIF”
“One or more plugins are not conforming to the Consent API”

Please let me know if you need any further information.

I’m not sure if this will help, but mine was stuck on loading. It was working, then after I changed the theme a number of my elements started misbehaving. The thing that has worked for me is deleting the HTML element then add a new one in and paste in your previous shortcode. Update and after a minute or so the calendar starts loading again.

Hi @lbell, apologies for the delayed response. You were right, my calendar was set to UTC time rather than UK time. I didn’t realise this was a setting you could change so thank you for pointing it out. And thank you for your speedy reply!
