This answer recommends turning off heartbeat. That’s not a server configuration problem. There are pros and cons to turning off heartbeat, read more here:

I have the same problem with ultimate member roles

I reported this to the author. I will wait for your next release that contains the workaround. If they respond with a fix, I will let you know.
