Hi, i just noticed they appear if the slider is clicked.

I just thought that the labels would always show whenever you moved the slider. I think it’s not very user friendly cause the use of the slider is to be dragged, not clicked… but anyway at least there is a way to view them.

SOLVED!
I did a plugin compatibility check deactivating all plugin and then activating them one by one reloading the affected pages. In my case the plugin causing the problem was “SG Optimizer”, a preinstalled plugin provided by my current Host service, Siteground.
I don’t know exactly why but once i discovered this i removed it and everything went back to normal ??
Considering that i used it only for erasing cache it was no problem at all to remove it.
