For anyone else encountering this problem on a multisite setting.

1. Install KB but keep it deactivated network-wide or deactivate KB network-wide if already installed.
2. Only then create sub sites
3. Activate KB on each sub site individually
   

Please adhere religiously to the order above, because if you had KB activated network-wide before creating a sub site, the plugin configuration will not work on the sub-site!

Can confirm this. Have to add, that even chosen payment methods have the element style and therefore are not visible (=not usable) for not logged in customers.

Checkbox Group required triggers it in my forms
