The only thing that I can suggest is to make sure the handler code is exactly how I did with the weird spacing and all.

Hope you find a solution.

I was able to fix this by adding a PHP handler to my htaccess file.

# Use PHP5.4 as default
AddHandler application/x-httpd-php54 .php

Key Ring ran no problem.
