Solved it, was using a page builder plugin “Page Builder by SiteOrigin” which lets you use layers and widgets on your pages, the widget I was using to include the shortcode was the text widget, when I use the HTML widget the problem disappears ??

Unfortunately, have tried this and no difference! ??

Just using following short code, I have custom CSS but I tried removing it all and still same problem
