I don’t think I was very clear, a byproduct of being new to wordpress. I would like to use the footer widgets and not side widgets.
I am using your theme with woocommerce. The home page is the ‘default template’ and the other option in the template drop down box is ‘full width (no sidebar)’.
The home page is showing side widgets (that also show on the woocommerce single-product templates). Because the home page is showing side widgets when it shouldn’t be I suspect I am not using your front-page.php as the template.
Can you explain how I set up a page with that template as I cannot currently see it under the template drop down options?
