I did a quick-solution: I changed to code, so the cross sells are not showing at all.

The best promising suggestion I got, was to export the product data and delete the cross sells in Excel before importing the data again. But I haven’t tried it yet. Please let me know, if it works ??

thanks for your suggestion, I changed the value to 10.000, but it’s still the same.

To me, it seems like a bug. Even though the field is empty before saving, the product is back after applying.

In theory it’s clear how to remove cross sells. But it doesn’t work.

-If you are using a separate plugin for cross sells, you can rename that plugin’s folder to deactivate or delete the plugin via FTP

I’m not using a plugin for cross-sells. I was thinking about removing the linked cross-sells via FTP, but I don’t know where to find these data.
