So I just discovered why it was not working and that is because I missed the part about the Username and email needing to be the first 2 columns. Once I made that change it worked but I have another question.

When I do import, I get a few records that show that the user already exists. The whole point of the import it to add new users and also, correct information in a users record. So will this import not overwrite existing user data?

How does the software know when to add someone as apposed to updating teir record? I am assuming it uses an email address but want to confirm?

I am quite certain that it was Mikes’s suggestion that worked. I am nt sure exactly what I did, as a matter of fact it may have been my hosting company that fixed it for me, but I always find that weird and strange problems like this always tend to be the .htaccess file. It si always a good place to look when the strange appears.

Ahhh, it was a plugin. “Nav Menu Roles” by Kathy Darling. Just FYI.

Looks like a major issue that is not being addressed by the developer. I would think a month is plenty of time to respond. Off to another plugin. Guess this is no longer supported.

I am also needing to give the label titles more room but I can not get that to move either. I can with firebug, but putting in this css has no effect. Man, what am i doing wrong.
