I have the precise same problems. Have now tried to solve them for some time, but can’t seem to find a solution.

I also have this problem, one day it worked without problems, then it dissapered. I have tried to update to latest wp version, but to no avail. Have noted that I get an error on page, maybe the issue is javascript related – can somebody help with an explanation?
