Hi Anghel Emanuel,

I had followed the steps by enabling the Default theme, Disabling all the plugins and then Enabling one by one to check what might be the issue.

But, unfortunately this did not solve the Problem.

My one concern is that even though the plugin I am using is a paid version, I frequently encounter issues with its functionality.
Apart from this issue, there are a few more issues that I am facing.

I want to know whether this plugin is stable. Also, is there any other plugin that you can suggest with the same functionalities that work correctly without any errors?

In the Website “https://invensense.tdk.com/” the floating Language Switcher is not enabled because it is a Live site. I have implemented same in https://invensensedev.wpenginepowered.com/ can you please check over there. Here Home Page, Smart Motion and Smart Sonic pages have translated pages. But when i switch between languages it is not working properly.

The Query string parameter is not showing when i degraded the plugin from 1.4.1 to 1.3.9 version. But the functionality still has the issue.

I am using Translate Press Business version of the Plugin. When I hover on the Language Switcher Drop Down, It is showing the Wrong URL

For Example I am on the page https://invensense.tdk.com/smartsonic/, and when I hover over the Chinese (zh) language from the Drop down the URL is showing up as https://invensense.tdk.com/zh/query-string-parameter.

The floater language switcher is displayed. But this is not the issue. When I am trying to switch to different languages using the Switcher Drop Down in the Menu, the respective language page is not displaying. The plugin is purchased by my client and i don’t have license details. And my client is not available for a week on some emergency.
I think this would not stop from getting me the solution for the ticket.

I don’t want to add the language switcher in the menu. Instead, I want to display the Language switcher only through the shortcode. But, using this shortcode “<?php echo do_shortcode(‘[language_switcher]’);>” in the output the text [language_switcher] is displaying.

Please let me know how this can be solved.
