In reply to: [WP Maps - Display Google Maps Perfectly with Ease] Map not showing, suddenlyHello Ashok,
It worked. Thanks.
I hope this won’t happen again, since I use your plugin a lot, both for business and for private. (I mean, thank you.)
Hello Reynier,
Indeed, my co-worker (who cannot use Englidh btw) purchased the plan, tried to add subscribers with her Jetpack account and failed, and I’m using this support on behalf of her.
I forwarded your answer to her, and she submitted a support request with her account. FYI the ref number is 9475969. We’ll await their reply.
Thanks anyway for your support.
Hello Ashok,
I have updated the plugin, deleted the unused site in the site network, and completed.
Thank you for your help.
Wait a minute, @ferens1950 . The newest version of WordPress is 6.6.2. Using the newest one is a safer option.
The current one has “Rollbacks for plugin auto-updates” function; if something happens due to an updated plugin, you can use the previous one until the problem is fixed. But unfortunately this function does not work in the case of fatal error like this ??
The solutions (at least for now) seem to be;
- Wait until the developer releases a new version without error.
- Delete the plugin folder: (domain name)/wp-content/plugins/password-protect-page
The process of the latter depends on the web host you use. What web host do you use?
I do not recommend reactivating the plugin, at least until the error was fixed by the developer. Instead, I simply use a different one.
FTI I currently use “Password Protected”. (It says “Warning: This plugin has not been tested with your current version of WordPress.”, but the newest version of WordPress was released today.) I’ve used this one on another website, and It has been working sufficiently so far.

We purchased Creator plan, and it works as we expect.
Thank you!

Hello Animesh,
Thank you for the confirmation. Very much appreciated.
We have three more questions.
1. Registering subscribers
Recently we have tried to add our employees’ email address as subscribers so that we can communicate with our employees smoothly through WordPress post. However, once the number of subscribers reaches 120, we cannot add more.
Do we need to purchase any plan or something to add more than 120 subscribers? If so, we will do so.
2. Uploading CSV file to add subscribers
In the past, we renewed our employees site with a new URL. At the time, we exported a list of subscribers from the old site and imported it to the current site. It worked fine.
Now we tried to upload a list of email in CSV format to add more email address, but it didn’t work. Is there any limitation for that?
If it is possible to add more subscribers by uploading a list of email address in CSV format in some way, and if the list includes some existing email address by mistake, will they be overwritten, or will they remain and those employees receive notification email twice? (We will try our best to avoid that mistake, of course.)
3. Counting the number of visitors on Jetpack Stats
Does Jetpack Stats use IP address to count the number of visitors?
All the computers within our company on our network share one IP address. In this case, if Jetpack Stats uses IP address, are the employees counted as “one” visitor?
Thank you,
