So if I put this code in my function.php

I will get a new background when viewing from a mobile device? But my question was, I dont want a new background, I want my own website logo to display in the top. Is this possible?

I can backup my database from phpmyadmin and also my server provider takes regulary backups.

I am not sure I can download from original source? I paid someone from vworker to make a website for me, I guess he picked the template. He never told me how to retrieve it again.

Are there any wordpress plugins to do the backup? I prefer free ones

BTW: Sorry for this offtopic question, but somehow they are related since I was afraid that I messed up something in the admin area.
It is regarding backups. If I copy all my files from a FTP software and store them at my harddrive, is this considered as a valid backup of my site or what is the approach here??
