When you have a channel you should use cid (channel id) in the shot code tag eg.
[ustream cid=”8709942″ width=”400″]

You can find your channel id by if you first hover over your channel video screen, then hover on the share label and finally click on the link icon. The link (https://www.ustream.tv/channel/8709942) contains the id that you need for the short code tag.
