Unfortunately this does not solve my problem. Any further cookie closing first off is Pro version.
I set conditions for home page showing only, but there is no OPTION…. for how many times it will show up PER SESSION if returning to home page in same session.???

When I use menu icons PLUGIN– it used to upload from the MENU icon dashicons ===

When logged in to wp, the icon shows with the navigation name,,,,if i remove the navigation name, the custom link disappears. It also is as you said showing (NO ICONS) WHEN Searching website on google and chrome.

With the Recommended default settings applied above (except for Default Cdn settings of which I checked all ( still not sure what the example cdn integration box is for) —
Page speed on mobile and desktop is 98-100% !
Gtmetrix varies considerably- byween structure and performance; generally now 95- 99 depnding on server response time! ( SiteGround NOW sucks…

UPDATE: I got this plugin to work—at least from a visitor and viewer standpoint!!
Administrative changes on footer icons show, but disappear upon refreshing cache. Also, each change or page update needs refreshing on every page; NOT just by clearing url or cache at once.
But—WOW! Google page speed desktop now ??% and 95% on mobile!! Amazingly accurate and fast. I tried 20 plugins, none as high a score as this! FANTASTIC!!

I thank you for all your time. What I’m a bit angry about is that “ TWICE “ – I had 25 minute sessions with SiteGround reps who applied “IMAGICK “ ( so they said) to my site that woulD solve the problem. They NEVER notified me of what you found out probably in 5 minutes!!!

I’ve never had this type of response with SiteGround until this issue came up.

However, I am keeping your plugin , deactivated for now. Very soon I plan on moving to KINSTA, where most people, currently , find to be their last stop!

I have not tested this yet however, using the Cdn code for 5.1 and having it in my site for at least a week, I believe that NEWER is not always better. Why? The 5.1 version in my secondary navigation gives RENDER BLOCKING JAVA SCRIPT and above fold CSS that google page speed displays in your face quite bluntly!

I have the 4.7 widget in my footer and it is giving me a 100% score (as in my older site)…. when I remove 5.1 from my secondary navigation CSS. on top.

I have not tried 5.2 yet to see if the same render blocking css above the fold is present.
Can the 4.7 still be used safely in the near future?
