Hi there. I never made any changes to the plugin. In fact, I uninstalled it and installed it back again and I’m still missing the Print Invoice link on the emails sent by WooCommerce.
I asked the manager and he doesn’t want me to share access to the website but what I can do is to schedule a Screen Share with you.
Please let me know what to do.

Yes, the option is marked but it is not being shown on any of the emails generated by WooCommerce……. Is there anything I can do about it??? Because I don’t wanna get rid of the plugin, it is great to me…
Yes, it is
I appreciate the help that I had from you but at the end I had to refuse using your plugin anymore because although it is a good plugin, it didn’t solve my issue at all and I had to find a different method to do it without the use of Vendor Plugins.
Thank you!

The Extra Fee Plugin has an option where you type the %
I spoke to the creator of the plugin and he said that there’s nothing he can do with Vendor plugins because they do not build their applications with elements that he can use to hook in, like Woo Hooks.
So what I had to do was to stop using Vendor Plugins and find a different solution for my need, which is very sad because I was asking for several months for support on this and I never had answer from creators.
It worked perfectly. Thank you so much.
Your plugin and your team offer a great service.Thank you!
The mathematical solution to this is simple:
The EXTRA FEE for the main order is = to (SUBTOTAL + SHIPPING) * FEE VALUE
FEE VALUE would be a % or a certain amountNow, for the sub orders would be the same: (SUBTOTAL + SHIPPING) * FEE VALUE but for the subtotals of each suborder. At the end, when you totalize the EXTRA FEES on the suborders, you will have the same EXTRA FEE on the main order.
But I had to stop using Vendor plugins to cover my need because I had never support by the creators about the fee issue that I was having.
The Fee is charged for X reason to the customer, in my case for Handling reasons.
About the commission, it has not to be added to the vendor.- This reply was modified 5 years, 4 months ago by HDLF PRODUCTIONS.

I am using this plugin and I really like it, but one of my main concerns about this great tool is that it is not compatible with plugins that charge extra fees to the orders. The one I am using is called EXTRA FEE OPTION and it charges a % for Handling to the customer.
The fee is correctly charged by the EXTRA FEE plugin, the extra fee value is saved in one of the tables of of the database and the email generated by WooCommerce shows the fee on the email template, but when your plugin splits the order by vendor and creates suborders, the extra fee is being ignored and it’s not being considered for storage in the tables of the database, and of course, it’s not shown on the email templates.
I have talked to the creator of the plugin, analyzed different methods, analyzed the PHP code for WC Marketplace and he says that there’s nothing he can do to make his plugin compatible with WC Marketplace because your plugin does not have provisions where he can hook it in.
I have another options to follow but they involve not to use your plugin and I’m sad about it because I really wanted it as part of my website.
Any recommendations on this?

I have a question for your team.
I am using a vendors plugin that splits my orders by vendor, which is great for what I need.
Every vendor receives an email according to their products sold, this email comes from this plugin that splits my orders and not from WooCommerce,
so they use a different email template. After an order has been placed, I receive an email from WooCoomerce with the order information.
In this email, I can see the extra fee (Handling) from your plugin applied to the order, please see image on link:
https://allstarengraving.com/new/wp-content/uploads/fee1.jpgBut in the email that comes from the Vendors plugin, it is not showing the fee:

In reply to: [Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer] Customize third party emailsHi, I was wondering if you made contact with the other team so I can have support on their email templates using your plugin…..

In reply to: [Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer] Customize third party emailsI don’t need to create new templates, I’m fine with what I have so far, I just need to adapt it to my needs, and since WC Marketplace doesn’t use WooCommerce templates but their own, I need to find a way to customize it.

In reply to: [Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer] Customize third party emailsThey said they emailed you. Could you make contact with them? I would like to know if you get to an agreement with them so I can star using your plugin to modify their email templates.
