Sorry we completely missed this – we thought we had this area setup to populate our customer support software but apparently that’s not working!

We have verified that the plugin works with the latest WordPress version.

There are a number of issues that can impact the script working on a site or in a browser (adblock is a common one) that are not related to the plugin or the script itself.
