Vista is not immune, nor is XP.
I found this on Microsoft’s website; according to this article, the problem is in the actual WP code (if I’m reading it correctly). Anyone else having this problem?

I just can’t tell if this is a WordPress problem or an IE problem. I’m having the same issue just trying to post to my own website.
