Showing as white writing in a Black box would like black writing on transparent background

I have fixed it here is the code in case anyone else has a similar problem.

Also is it possible to find details on who owns the abandoned cart as their details are only being captured if they get to the checkout. I have recently moved to woo commerce and I am having a big increase in the abandoned carts but dont know why. I would love to know if the customer is having problems during checkout or simply changing their minds.
