Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Font issueI found large strings of code at the top of all of the page templates and practically every file that makes up wordpress. I contacted my web host to restore the site to before this code was there. Someone is still saying they see this error on my site, so not sure if it’s totally fixed or hopefully a problem at their end.

In reply to: Font issueMy site has this also. I think it only shows to certain visitor that fit criteria of the malware. Need help fixing this also. This page shows images that depict it – https://malwaretips.com/blogs/remove-the-hoeflertext-font-wasnt-found-virus/. There is lots of information online for users to remove the malware from the computer, but not for removing the related files from the website.
Did you fix this??

In reply to: [Staff Directory] Update – error 500I had this error and I commented out the section that was causing the problem, which seems to be to do with the photo. As I don’t use photos in my directory this isn’t important to me. For those that don’t know, to comment out you just add /* at the start and */ at the end.
So add /* at the start of line 90 and */ at the end of line 96.
I guess if you just wanted to get your site back online this would work but maybe the photos would disappear. Better than removing the whole directory if the directory is really important to your site.

I had this problem. Disabling ‘Theme My Login’ plugin worked for me.
If you don’t use this plugin try disabling them all one by one.
