I’ve done a conflict test and with all plugins deactivated the issue still happens. I’m really not sure what to do next.

Edit: After some digging I think I know the cause. This link https://creationdust.co.za/my-account/lost-password/?show-reset-form=true&action is missing the =rp at the end.

But I’m now not sure how to fix that

Oh yes. I totally missed that. I thought I’d tried standard but guess not.

Did you get it to work? I’m thinking of using Oxygen to build a site I can make static but if it’s not going to work I’ll look at a different approach.

I ended up resetting the plugin and it sorted itself out. My next plan was to reactivate it.

I didn’t think it was possible out of the box but thought it would be worth asking in case anyone knew of something.

I ended up going with the popup since the client doesn’t have the budget for development.

I’m seeing the same.

I was deactivating plugins so maybe you tried it while that was happening.

It looks like Elementor is causing the problem. Now I need to figure that out.
