Hi,

In your Dashboard, if you go to Posts > All Posts, you should see the default first post. Just delete it or unpublish it to remove the post.

The category is from Posts > Categories. You can’t delete the default category but you can rename it to something else.

This is where Google is following the links from. You can remove these widgets by going to Appearance > Widgets and deleting the widgets you don’t want to show.

Google will eventually stop indexing those pages but you can use a plugin to tell Google specifically what you don’t want indexed.

In either case, it does take some time for Google to remove those pages from its index.

the latest post is from 05 Jun 2014 which is the same as the date in the RSS feed.

Are you supposed to be getting the content automatically from somewhere else? If so, are you using a plugin to do it? Please let me know which plugin you are using and from what site you are getting your content from so we can troubleshoot it further.
