    Jonathan: for those of us who are computer-challenged, do you mind walking us through that? Also, if I do that, is all my website info deleted? As I said before, I cannot afford to start from scratch.

    I know how to log on via FTP but I don’t know how to re-upload the WordPress files.

    Jme: if I delete those files, is all of my media also deleted? I cannot afford to create my website from scratch.

    Jonathan: I did that. My webhost also did that. It didn’t help anything. I’m still having the problem.

    PattayaNic: How do you turn on VPN?

    I talked to my webhost and they basically told me they can’t do anything for me until WordPress fixes the problem… I guess I will be calling back again tomorrow.
