i face same problem today . i removed script tag and problem solved .

first go through your ftp uploader software download
default-embeds.php
default-filters.php
default-widgets.php
files from wp-includes folder.

just remove this code..

also remove script code from following two files
/wp-includes/default-embeds.php &
/wp-includes/default-widgets.php
