I may need more details in order to provide help, can you share with me a screenshot of your settings configuration ( i’m not mentionning SMS gateways or WhatsApp ones ) and also share the link to the website.

By reading the log, it’s saying the default message associated with the notifications type is empty, can you confirm it’s well-defined ?

Please can you let me know the messaging gateway used to send the order notifications, is it an SMS or WhatsApp gateway ?

Can you also provide your WooCommerce Status Log with the name ultimate-sms-notifications in it, you can find it under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
